[A] <Iron Alliance> International End-game PvE Guild

<Iron Alliance> is an old experienced PVP focused guild that reinvented himself to be a high-end PVE focused guild on the Alliance. Our aim is to create an environment of like-minded players that love downing bosses, achievement hunting and getting things done in game. We are by no means a Hardcore guild, but that does not mean you leave your brain at the door. We take our raids and more specifically our time seriously while maintaining a positive raid environment. We require that you could listen effectively and perform your roles in encounters to the best of your ability while having appropriate gear for the content we are raiding at the time.

1st run at Wednesday 17:30 ST (1st LoD + 1st RS)
2nd run at Thursday 17:30 ST (2nd LoD + 2nd RS)
3rd run at Friday 17:30 ST (3rd LoD + 3rd RS)
4th run at Saturday 17:30 ST (4th LoD + 4th RS)
5th run at Sunday 17:30 ST (5th LoD + 5th RS)
6th run at Monday 17:30 ST (6th LoD + 6th RS)
7th run at Tuesday 17:30 ST (7th LoD + 7th RS)

A Tribute to Immortality

- Premade raid rosters are posted before raids.
- Loot system is by using DKPs.
- LoD are always done with 3 heal.
- We are doing ToGC after LoD run if we finish fast. Additionally, we organize banes and other fun raids out of raid’s time.

Requirements:
- The ability to UNDERSTAND English.
- Discord - This is non-negotiable. You must be able to at least listen and understand to what we are saying.
- High Attendance (This includes signing up and SHOWING UP for raids and allocating enough time for said raids).
- Showing up for raids 15mins before raid time. Bonus DKP for those that shows up for raids.
- Every raiding session will last for max 3 hours.
- Intimate knowledge of your Class+Spec+Role.
- Appropriate Gear (This includes Gems + Enchants + 4P/2P T10).
- The ability to take constructive criticism and any advice given. This may range from class to encounter execution.

Recruitment
We are currently searching for people with HC-ICC/RS ready gear, and we highly appreciate having more than one characters fitting into this requirement. Minimum requirement is having at least 2 characters 6.2k GS+ and LoD/RS HC achievement.
