WotLK LEGION MAGE TOWER BEAR FORM for druids?

According to this thread you can change the models of the cat and bear to have legion appearance, I did that it works , perfectly.
HOWEVER, there's 1 guy who has posted that he's using the werebear form variation in WOTLK. His file doesn't change the bear form tho.
Does anyone know how to get/make it? Or if you have the file to share it. Thank you.-
