Change back silithus lvl for leatherworking

Why is silithus lvl 80 mobs? While trying to level leatherworking at the same time as yourself it makes it impossible to make any gear requiring "heavy scorpid scales". I can't be the only one that finds this pvp mod to be a nerf...especially on a supposedly PvE based server lol
