are the leatherworking pants the best ones for combat (and sub pvp and assa?) they have build in armor penetration, the only other ones are 10man icc bloodqueen. should i buy them? 8k really expensive

They are pre bis.
Combat uses fester 25hc legs and assa uses tier legs in pve.
For pvp they are decent, cause arp goes brrr
