WotLK How do i mod wow to look like this

Hi! im been playing wotlk since 2011,private always, i love the gameplay without too many bul**** like in posterior expansions of the game,but a thing that ALWAYS has buged me is that retail has being graphically updated almost each expansion.
Since the game is still running on the same core,you can just switch things that doesn't suppose to look like that in wotlk, while not afecting gameplay but in the aesthetics part. IE: TRANSMOG systems,wich i must say,its by far the best thing about private servers.
but when that isn't enough,you want to have updated models for your forms while playing druid,and some spells that behave some way,but the animation /texture doesn't quitte clearly tells its full reach like the aoe spells from blizzard,rain of fire,death and decay,etc
anyway,do someone know how this mage can have the visual effect of prismatic barrier ( https://www.wowhead.com/spell=235450/prismatic-barrier ) when he casts mana shield?
