Hey guys, was wondering if I could please get some help with choosing an item from the points shop for my fire mage. I was thinking of getting Dying Curse to replace Talisman of Resurgence but I want to check if there are any better choices.

I dunno if it's worth it.

You'd drown in hit, meaning you'd need to re-gem. Considering your gear, you should have steady access to ICC 10. http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50340 would immediately replace what ever you buy. http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50353 isn't too far fetch considering what boss drops it, but there would be more people rolling for it.

Personally, I'd keep what I have. If PUG/Raid leaders don't like the "healer trinket", I'd probably go for something with haste. Without the need to re-gem, it would probably be http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47213.

http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=47726 looks sweet, but the full benefit of the haste would be short with FB casting being slow.
