S8 Shoulder

Hi! I have 2005 rating SoloQ,but cant buy shoulder,say Your rank is not high enough to use this item,but the vendor shows what I can buy, the shoulder is not highlighted in red

Solo q requires higher ratings if i remember correctly

soloq counts as 2vs2 rating

So, since on Icecrown and Lordaeron that shoulder is available only for 3vs3 and 5vs5 rating as retail, you can not buy it with Soloq rating

But how can I then take a shoulder when I have no one to play 3s and especially no time to play,get a shoulder and t2 you need to donate,that not right :/ everywhere for SoloQ can buy that,but not here,strange system...

I can only play 5min a day, so please give me s8 set for 8500 Honor total. Or it's unfair.
