    Where did all the Mods go?

    Anyone else been waiting a week + for a ticket to get looked at? I put in a support ticket 9 days ago, and even updated it once for good measure and it still hasnt been seen

    in game or website?

    The one in-game are handled by GMs
    The one on website by "support team"

    No mobs read tickets (unless you mean Forum Private-Messages)
