Is there a damage buff on Frostmourne ?

First of all, sorry if the answer is written somewhere out there but after searching for 30 minutes, I give up.

I'm new to Frostmourne, my question is very simple : is there a damage boost on our characters ?

I don't remember doing so much damage, am I just having alzheimer ?
