WotLK Can't refund item bought with emblems

Hello,
When i try to refund the item https://wotlkdb.com/?item=48216
it says "sorry you can't refund item". The 2h haven't passed.
I haven't enchanted it, or put gem on it. Just brought by mistake the same peace i have and now i can't sell it back. I writed to gm but i got no answer.

A link to the database item says nothing. You could crop the actual item and use that instead. Anyway, I would try to log out, then log back in. If the 2 hours aren't up, and you haven't done anything to make it soulbound (ANY THING FROM ANYWHERE CAN COUNT. Pve/pvp/normal enchants/anygem) there shouldn't be an issue. If you're still having problems after that, don't log into that character, ensuring the time maintains within the refund period, and wait for GM response.
