Realms Make Transmog Easier on Lordaeron

According to the official post about Warmane Transmogrification feature (https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=342913), there are several ways to obtain a Scroll of Deception:
1. Through WoTLK Raids.
2. Through Battleground/Arena (not sure which one).
3. Through Warmane store for $10.00 each.

Let's say you prefer the first method. Lordaeron is not a seasonal realm. That means people would be less likely to do lower tier raids. According to the discussion that these gentlemen had here (https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=430421), for most people the viable means for gear progression is to:
1. reach GearScore requirement for Heroic Dungeon through normal dungeon and buying gears in the auction house,
2. grind Heroic Dungeon for Emblem of Triumph and Emblem of Frost. Then use them to buy Tier 9 gear set,
3. join the raids.

Lordaeron is a 1x realm. Some people like to do it slowly, enjoying the quests content all the way to level 80. Some people might prefer the endgame. They fast track through dungeons runs. Either way, it's way slower than Icecrown or Frostmourne. You won't be seeing transmog for months. Some might be quitting in the middle, even, then return next year or so.

Let's say you prefer to spend your hard earned real money instead. Paying $10.00 for a piece of scroll that works only once is a cash grab. You'll need at least $70.00~90.00 bucks for a set. That's worth a brand new AAA game.

Let's say instead, transmog is obtainable on all level. Through elite and rare mobs, also through dungeon bosses. People on all levels will be able to style their appearance whenever they want. If you dislike it, you can ditch it, grind dungeon, then get a new style you want. Get new style every week or whenever you get bored. I can see several benefits on this matter:
- people will be able retain their interest more, even if they have to play casually for months
- more people will be interested in playing in Lordaeron
- attracts non toxic population who don't care much about try hard-ing the endgame, balancing the mood
- there can be accessible transmog contest making the game more fun

Let's say Warmane is afraid of losing the money from all the scrolls that whales buy. Well, whales can still buy it. But it makes it even more meaningful because a lot of people are participating in it too, making more audience for them.

Transmog is not something -must have- so it is appearance and appearance costs money and time.
people who have a full xmog set with weapons have spent a lot of their time in game which proves their perseverance and ability.
if everyone had an easy xmog scroll to change whole set daily, it wouldn't be interesting to anyone anymore.
