Seals of the Pure vs 2% Crit and Crusade 6% Damage as Prot

Which is better for a Prot paladin in PvP in around BiS gear? 2 extra points in Conviction and 3 points in crusade or 5 points Seals of the Pure?

You're going to want to buff your abilities as much as you can so your damage is more bursty. Furthermore, your seals don't help you in bursting your target down. Consistent as they may be, a prot paladin just doesn't have great sustain damage for pvp.
