What is better Libram for a Ret in BG's ?

1 point of STR gives 2 AP.

LoTT gives 44 STR per crusader strike so it will take some time before you reach 5 stacks.

44 x 5 = 220 STR means you have 440 AP.

However, WGLoT gives 204 AP instantly.

So what's better for a Ret in BG's ?

What will make me to have more damage in " Damage Done " section?

Libram of Three Truths is better. 2 stacks of it are already as good as 204 AP and you need only 4 sec in melee range to use CS twice.
Keep in mind that divine strength and gbok increase your strength by 25% so 1 str is significant stronger than 2 ap.
