WotLK why i was banned?

The only way you'd get banned for needing on that staff as a hunter would be you already wearing a better melee weapon(better staff/polearm or even 2x onehanded weapons).

how can i be better if i have gs 3.3 and the sword i was carrying was for rep with black blade knights?

I suppose http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=37883 would be more suited for tanks in general. Good for others too, if you don't already have decent weapon. http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=44249 seems to be far more suited for DPS than http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=37883.

so the tank did not give roll, I gave roll to a hunt and a cat dd, why did they give me a ban for the fact that I rolled a thing that suits me, which will give me more characteristics ????

Are you sure you got banned specificly for that?
because that doesn't sound like something GMs would ban for unless some of the details you gave us are inaccurate

I would flag it as ninja loot if I was a GM, that staff can be used on a hunter, but not ideal. (And if you have a Feral druid he needs it!)

Also, you will loose DPS on that staff compared to your sword.

Also GS has nothing to do with WotLK.
