Lordaeron Missing Characters

I believe it's only been a month since my last log in(in game) and I find all my characters gone. Their names appear in game still, but not on my account! what information do you need from me to get them back??

what do you mean with "Their names appear in game still" ?

do they show up at armory? http://armory.warmane.com/

btw on what realm?

Sorry, the realm is Lordaeron and when I logged on, the character select was empty. I created a character to jump in a see if their names were still in use, they are. Went through the "reclaim usename, password, email etc." but to no avail. and yes, they do appear on the Armory

if they appear on the armory and not in-game, it means those characters are on a different account OR that someone entered your account -> sold the characters on Trade market for coins

Anyway you may contact [email protected] to find what on which account those characters are
