Sinister Strike, Slice and Dice, spam Sinister Strike. Should be dead already. If not, Eviscerate.

Ambush if you can. Cheap Shot could be situational. Sinister Strike/Backstab otherwise.

Combat doesn't really have that strong abilities to bust out from stealth. Thus I would only use stealth for avoiding extra pulls/maneuvering around, pickpocket, or to sap.
