Faction change not happening?

On Discord server ppl say its not going to happen. is that so? just wanna know if i should relvl chars? dont wanna wait for nothing :)

Please add faction change, at least from horde to alliance. My character is way too advanced to relevel now, almost full bis, pvp title, rare mount, so releveling is pointless, but I don't want to play this **** faction anymore... I know Alliance has way less people, so what's the problem?
