Midsummer. Striking back quest

Hello, was trying to do an event quest called Striking Back. Been there for pretty long and no crystal or mob, nothing. Is it bugged? Or there is a very long spawn time or something.

There are serveral versions of the quest that ask you to do different things depending on your level.

The quest is called "Striking Back" (id# 11953) a midsummer quest I had picked up in Shattrath from Earthen Ring Elder. I am also having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?
