I'm a noob. Never raided before, and am just about to get into it. But I see people saying "ress" when looking for groups. Can anyone tell me what it means please?

I just logged on and went to Dalaran to find a real example. A guy was shouting this:
"LFM ICC 25 NEED 1 HEALER SHAMMY AND SOME DPS (Hunter, Spriest) (BOE PRIMO RESS) Achie or no inv 5.7+"
and us i see there alotf word like alt /BOE /B+O+P/ WHAT DOES MEAN ?

Res/Ress stands for reserved. Leader takes them, and gives to whom ever they want to, or keeps to themselves.
BoE = Binds on Equip. Some boss loot, as well as some trash mob loots are Binds on Equip items, instead of usual Binds on Pickup.
B+O+P = BoE + Runed/Crusader Orbs + Patterns (Orbs may drop from Ulduar or ToC [Trial of the Crusader], Patterns from 25 ToC).
Alt = Alternative, or secondary, characters. I could say I have 10 characters, 1 main character, and 9 alt characters.
Primo = Primordial Saronite. Each Icecrown Citadel (ICC) boss may drop a Primordial Saronite. These are valuable trade items needed for crafting of 264 ilvl epics, or buying their recipes.
SFS = Shadowfrost Shards. People on Shadowmourne quest needs these. Can only be given to player(s) that are at the very specific quest that requires gathering them.
DBW= Deathbringer's Will. Powerful physical DPS trinket. Reserved quite often. 25 man ICC
WFS = Coveted DPS trinket from 10 man ICC.
Bloods = Quest item(s) for Shadowmourne.
Marks = Tier marks needed for upgrading tier items of ilvl 251 -> 264 -> 277.
Achie/Archie = Achievement. Link the best raid related achievement. PROTIP: There's no 'R' in achievement.
