Any good spot/dungeon In Northend to farm lockboxes and is it profitable?

no and no

the best spot to farm them would probably be in a dungeon (on heroic)
it would only be profitable if you got the right BOE's and Gems from opening them every single time.
if gold is what ur looking for. just hit a /yell macro that ur opening lockboxes for tips every time u enter a major city.

if you really wanna farm for them
the Nexus on heroic is your best shot. sprint a whole circle, reset, repeat

honestly Ive gotten more lockboxes by queueing my daily RDF heroic than actually searching for them.

I found that Risen Laborers in Weeping Quarry have good rate from pickpocketing. A lot of Reinforced Junkboxes I got from them and Runic Healing Potions as well.
