WotLK PW: shield issue. Anyone else getting this?

All of a sudden, out of the blue my game is still showing shields on characters (also the buff in the unit frames) even after taking enough damage.
I also think rapture isn't procing because of it.

I thought it was related to my addons, however, my guild master was also seeing the shield still on my character (tested this in a duel) even though he was still dealing damage to me.
Since someone else using completely different addons is seeing the same issue as me, it can't be addons / cached info on my client.

Anyone else seeing the same?

yes, it is an issue caused by today update.

Thanks for the link to the bugtracker. Must have been blind and I didn't notice it earlier.
