Technical Character transfer

Hi.
I haven't been able to find any solid information on transfer service (Frostmourne realm).

This guide doesn't mention if I'll be able to choose my character's race which is pretty significant part for me.
Is it going to be fixed transfers (e.g. only Human to Orc) or I'm going to be able to choose?

You choose your new race, you can customize the appearance, gender, and maybe a name too (though changing name might change addon settings, depending on addon profiles used).
