WotLK Request Character Recovery

First of all thank you for you amazing work and server.
in last season of frostmourne i had an character by name of Fusescar.
i thought when the season is over my character would be transfered to icecrown? no?
now when i log in it says that i have 1 character on icecrown but when i enter the realm i dont see it.
can you help me please? I want that character if possible

You could aswel read how to do it already. Same threads are on every page of forum, but it is beyond you to bother and read them?
You manually transfer your character using account page on site (Services tab)

no no you got it wrong i thought the characters from previous seasons of frostmourne were supposed to be transferred automatically that's why I didn't look through the forums to see if somebody had this problem and went straight ahead to ask
