I have 2 healers:
Priest 4475gs (holy/disci).
RDruid 4326gs.
LF Ulduar 25m Core for both, can be different cores, but ofc, the schedules/time can't overlap.
I prefer to play holy priest much more, but I can play discipline if it is the... way/in need.
I want a group with progression and a time to chill and relax, with no toxicity in it, and no super rush to reach the end content.

Non-toxic raid environment is very important to me.
Raging = bye bye, I'll just back to pug.
Racism, homophobia and etc = blocked, blacklisted together with your guild, will never join again if you happen to be the Raid Leader.
Too much trash talk, like "too much" or for "too long" = bye bye, I prefer to pug.
Political views? Political talking? Keep to yourself, not in a public environment with 25 people.

I'm no hardcore, don't like it, but I also don't like sloppiness. So I'm in between.
My attendance is very good, so far 100% and so far never got late, always around 30 - 15 minutes online before raiding time.
