Hello, can anyone help me?

My character is stuck while dead, I see him laying on the ground. When I tried to auto-unstuck, it says that I am mounted.

realm: Frostmourne

From the website go into My Account>Services>Select Realm>Select Character>Set Currency:Free>Character Unstuck
