Technical cant collect point and wants back coins

Hi ı am old molten player and ı opened acc in warmane in transition period. Now ı see, my characters deleted because of realm shut down by warmane. You can check my trade history and see coins and points using. PLs refund my coins and point. Another problem is point collecting issue. I cant collect it at all.

That was 7 years ago.We have long since stopped offering refunds for what was lost back then. In the case of servers closing, players were able to transfer their characters to an available one when that happened, and also was many years ago, the period when that could be done is over as well. Points require you to have 1000 unique achievement points on a character that isn't on Frostmourne or Blackrock.
