Marticar and Vyragosa

Hello,

Has anybody seen RECENTLY these two creatures in game ?

Marticar (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=18680/marticar) from Zangarmarsh

and

Vyragosa (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=32630/vyragosa) from the Storm Peaks ?

They're both needed for 2 different achievements, where you must find and kill rare NPC from Outland and Northrend, but for each achievement, one creature is missing... these two.

I've seen and killed Vyragosa, but I've never seen Marticar. Some NPCs have either a long respawn time, or they are simply missing for whatever reason.
