Hello, I have been gone for a while from this game/server and was wondering

Is the voting thing still going on for this server to get in-game items when banked

What is the best server for player vs PvE

And what is the difference between Icecrown, and Frostmourne

Voting has changed to daily activity points. You can claim them once your account holds at least 1000 unique achievement points in Lordaeron and/or Icecrown.
You can buy some in-game gear with the points. Stores varies between realms.
If you're afraid of PvP, only PvE realm is Frostmourne. Icecrown is universally the best realms what comes to clearing ICC/RS on regular basis.

Icecrown is permanent 3.3.5 with high exp rate. Store, trade available.
Frostmourne is seasonal 3.0.0 to 3.3.5. Currently at 3.1 Ulduar. Store, trade available. Store is restricted to work as catch-up feature. Items gets added there as they become more common in player base.
