Rogue doubts

Hello.
I?m thinking of donating for a rogue and would like to ask which pieces to get? Thinking of getting 8 pieces.

Also what exactly is bis for rogues? I get very confused if it?s worth going for 2 set or 4 set? I have seen a mix of geared rogues with 4 and 2 sets.
