I can't login :)

I got killed by an undead rogue outside of Marshall's Refuge, now I can't login because when I login it it says my name is "Unknown" and sometimes it says " A character with that name already exists". What gives? I just finished questing a little bit in Un'goro and BRD, now this happens.
Can you please help me?

My character's dead, so whenever I try to logon to him, it just says "a character with the same name already exists" or, if I actually log in, it says I'm dead and my name plate says "unknown", and whenever I interact with an NPC it disconnects me.
