Banned out of nowhere

hello everyone so today i just logged in and found out that my account has got banned and it does not says anything other than that and i cant even ticket
when i loggin into the site it says (Your IP Address (158.255.211.210) has been terminated due to Advertising) it used to happen bc i have to use vpn for my job all the time and used to be solved by changing server but now nothing works and i cant even ticket on the site.
srly dont know what to do now.

I think that you should email [email protected] with all the details.

Using free VPNs will get you banned, so don't do that.
