Funny glitch

I was playing Eye of the Storm BG and some mage did polymorph on me. But it didn't wear off and this is result.

I am so, so sorry that I couldn't zoom in and do mind fly screenshot, it shoots from it's mouth.
Or if I manage to silence someone while in this glitch, I could name that screenshot "Silence of the Lambs" :D

That's because of the Day of the Dead buff.

It happened to me as well. I was raiding ICC and one of the spiders at the entrance got me in its web. I came out invisible and became a frog when our shaman used hex on me during the lady deathwhisper encounter.
