I am new to this game and people rage and start threating to report me for NL and I dont understand whats wrong in needing an item to sell it for money...
I am doing Heroic dungeon.
is it ban-able if I need everything??

You NEED to gear up your spec you joined in as.
You GREED for everything else, such as off-spec and gold.
NEED roll to sell isn't fair, as not everybody can roll for it. Not to point out the most obvious reason: gear's first priority is to be used.
It is very much bannable to abuse NEED button.
