if you play Frost dps and want to keep an eye of your proccs then "cheese" or "powerauras" might do the trick.
if you want a better overview on your runes then a unitframe addon like "shadowed unitframes" or "elvui" might do you better.
If you want a good package in whole that tracks debuffs, buffs, cooldowns and much more then Weakauras is your best choice, its used bu tons of people at high endgame raiding etm.
