SO IN THE VIDEOS IM SHOWING THAT LEAVING BG OR ALT F4 fixes the problem, i get in all time in bgs and only bgs

That's odd but it doesn't really seem like you are getting ddosed. Have you tried reinstalling the client?

one more fact, i played 3 accs and had the same problem for months, then i started playing one 1 other and was "immune" to it till i got gear and started carrying bgs, now i get eeven on the 4th acc

i dont get it every bg tho, but sometimes multiple time when i alt f4 and rejoin the game, but not instantly after few mins i get it again. also i dont get it when joining bgsm i get into after few mins

Disable all addons and try again. It's 99% chance it's an addon.
