ok i exited the game and disabled all addons 7 bgs no issue, now i deleted oblivion donator tool (odt) and test it

yo i deleted oblivion donator tool and it solved the issue, it was 100% it, i played 20 bgs without the issue, the addon was from another server for auto rezz and teleports and transmogs which u could use there, i used it here just for the auto release spirit after death, other things didnt even work its simple addon that u dont have to write .tele stormwind or .tmog 25005, the server doesnt exist anymore
