Why did they lower the drop rate of items?

In Northrend, the amount of green items in the loot has dropped dramatically. Why did this happen?

Can confirm this. Did some rounds around Onslaught harbor and not a single green dropped.

Yes - leveling is a nightmare. Drop rate is too low for 7x exp

Sry. We are on Lorda. And this isn't about leveling. People go and farm mobs for Damage necklace, grey vendor stuff and greens to DE.

Right now greens stopped dropping.

Same thing in Icecrown green items dont drop.

In Lordaeron, I don't expect much, but for at least 1-15 levels, 1 green would drop.
I am really missing someone from past..

I have noticed that the green drought is very harsh. I am not sure what is going on. Im just trying to level my chanting with a fresh toon and no alts. Its pretty unplayable. Lets kill 400 mobs in Western Plaugelands and get 1 green.
