Realms Deserter debuff

Hi there,

I was wondering if it's possible to change the deserter debuff so that it only counts down when the character is actually online?

I'm getting so sick of people leaving the group as soon as they enter the instance (new group / instannce), 90% off the time its the tank because they have an instant queue anyway. They just log off or log another character and try again in thirty minutes.

And why can't I queue for 15 minutes when a group disbands like this?

Dont queue for a random hc when you dont want a ****ing random hc.

so instead of loggin off for 30 minutes they afk for 30 minutes. hardly an improvement.
