Expiriencing a BUG with Professions' daily quests

Hello guys,

I Have a problem with the daily quests from professions.
For example Cooking: Today's daily is with Stew and Jug of Wine, but I am not able to pick up the Jug, I am standing right next to it in 'One more Glass' but there is no sparkles around the object.
Or for JC, the Sun Brouch quest, I was fighting the mobs 1 hour, and the item didnt dropped.

I tryed to relog - Didnt helped. To DELETE tha cache folder - didn't helped. Next step is to delete the game and to download it again, but firstly wrote to GM and wanted to ask here in the FORUM if someone had same problem, if so, please advice me how to proceed and to fix it.
