Hello, I'm a returning player and I seem to have forgotten my previous username and/or password. When I tried to restore them earlier via the options for lost password/account name, the page simply transfers me to an error of sorts that says the captcha is invalid, when there isn't even a captcha provided to be filled out. How should I go about restoring my account?
