[H] Loner Moonkin looking for PVE raiding guild

Hi, i am a 5.4k gs moonkin with minimal raiding experience (ICC 4/12, TOC 5/5, VOA, Ulduar...).
I was trying to join ICC pugs and also tried to lead some but never succeded that much. I know what do to against bosses cuz i learned it from guides,
but i cannot find a group which can take me to the end or atleast to better gear. It's very hard to gather a team of somewhat useful DPS players because
some of them has 0 experience in raids or just don't really care about it so they go afk or leave etc.
I really want to improve my boomie and i think the answer is finding a guild of great leaders.

ingame: Owlmanxd(5.4k GS moonkin), Bruhcamelxd(5.2k GS feral tank), Palagaming(~3k GS ret pala (currently gearing in rdf heroic)).

I am available:
Monday: 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Tuesday: 7:00PM - 10:00PM
Wednesday: 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Thursday: 6:00PM - 10:00PM
Friday: 6:00PM - 11:00PM or 12:00PM (gym or work next day (8 hour sleep is important never forget))
Saturday: if not busy with working / learning 3:00PM - around 12:00PM
Sunday: 99% unavailable
