Ashen Band ring from reputation with Ashen Verdict

Hello, i recently got an caracter which he got the reputation with Ashen Verditct exalted , but he doesn't have the ring ( deleted trough transfer process or the ex-owned deleted it w/e ) , is there a way to get it back?

Contact support via website or in-game had the same issue on a character i bought yesterday, they fixed it :)
