WotLK Resto Shaman Healing at Lichking25hc

Hey guys,

I'm curious how you approach the heavy hits by LichKing in the 25 Heroic mode on the main tank. especially in the first phase.
Do you spam Lesser Healing Wave (LHW) on the main tank, do you use Healing Wave (HW) mostly? Or do you Chain Heal (CH) to heal Infection as well?
Also, which glyphs are you running and why?

I'm aware this also depends on the setup, but let's assume you have 4 healers (Disc, Resto Druid, HPala, and yourself the resto shaman :))
