WotLK Restoring a deleted character

Hi guys,

so my friend's character on Icecrown was deleted on purpose (wasn't her).
She's bummed because of it but doesn't have the heart to go through the official process.

Is there a way I could redeem/restore her character without access to her account?

We cant even gift items, this is 5 steps beyond that. There is no such a thing.
Official process is literally few clicks, it's all automated. It's even free for first 7 days after character deletion, or something along those lines.
