If the explosion of a Living Bomb damages multiple targets, how does the crit/noncrit hits from that explosion affect the counter for your Hot Streak?

Does the Hot Streak ignore any effect on targets that weren't the primary target of the LB (i.e the one that had the debuff)?

Does any noncrit from the bomb break your Hot Streak (even if other parts of the explosion did crit)?

Does all the damage happen simultaneously? Or is there some sequence the game keeps in order to updating your Hot Streak count one at a time?

I've been sitting at the dummies placing a bomb that explodes on 3 targets, watching the crits and streaks, and realize that I can't see what the internal logic is here.
