How the hell do you keep these guys from just healing themselves to full health? I cannot for the life of me make it past the first freaking mob in Drak'Tharon

Yes I consider myself having quick reaction on my silence and stuns and with 30 latency I can silence / interupt just about anything, EXCEPT for these mobs, you just gotta focus dps on 1 and stun it at like 50% while killing it before the end of stun, or chain 2 stuns, These mobs should either not cast this fast, or, this often.
