I have saved up about 90 EoF so i was wondering what piece of gear to buy first i was thinking the T10 chest piece,anyone know is that a good choice?

Yes, T10 chrest is way to go for you. And 245 ilvl shoulders + helm from EoT vendors will be good addition to you.
