Mod/mouseover macro

I was using

Code:

 /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help,nodead][@player] Flash of Light

Code:

 /cast [@mouseover,help,nodead][help,nodead][@player] Holy Light

for mouseover heals.
I want them both to be in one macro.. with nomod and shift modifiers. Got any ideas?

Slapping [mod:nomod] / [mod:shift] there didn't help?

Maybe this works:
[@mouseover,help,nodead,mod:nomod]
[@mouseover,help,nodead,mod:shift]
