Tengo el mismo problema seria bueno un apartado para saber si el problema es por el servidor que esta reiniciando o si esta activo para poder probar otras opciones

Next time it happens close the client and paste here the contents of the Logs\connection.log file.

I had it activated in the account.
I just deactivated it (tried to log in, nothing) and reactivated it (problem to log in, nothing)
I don't know what else to do, I tried everything, even backing up the account...
I've been playing since Molten and I lost everything, because it doesn't just happen to me with one account, but with 4...
Thanks for the support anyway, I'll keep hoping that someone can guide me in some other viable solution
