Sooo, ngl i am mostly interested in PvP, like spamming Arenas 2s maybe even some 3s, i wanted to ask how to state of the pvp is, i have a character on icecrown with decent gear, but from what i see ladder is filled with blackrock characters.
I am not sure which realm i should play, since i enjoy pvp but i don't really like the idea of mindlessly just be lvl 80 geared and all but at the same time don't wanna "miss out"

Play both. You can even enter different queues on each account to maximize your play time and enjoyment.

Blackrock will effectively lock you in for the PvP.
Icecrown has PvE too, and more wPvP.

Blackrock will more importantly lock you into being Horde in bgs via Merc mode. Which at the current state of the BGs (AV premades) means 0 chance to ever win.
